Premier Ford and Minister Yurek announced the opening of Ontario Parks for limited day-use activities.
As of May 11, 225 provincial parks and 295 conservation reserves across the province will be open to the public for limited recreational activities like walking, hiking, birdwatching and biking. The remaining 115 provincial parks will be open on Friday, May 15 for the same limited recreational activities.
Spending time outdoors and in nature has a positive impact on our health and well-being. Ontarians are eager to return to Ontario Parks so they can get active and reconnect with nature.
